We are seeking a Full time permanent Retail Consultant to become part of team based in our Keighley Kiosk - 40 Hours a week.
 
Your duties & responsibilities will include:
 
-          Promoting & selling electronic cigarettes to shoppers, conversing with potential new customers & offering vaping product solutions to suit their needs
-          Achieve sales targets & process compliance to achieve a bonus
-          To be considered for this position you will possess: Previous sales experience in a customer facing environment
-          Clear and concise numeracy & communication skills
-          Immaculate self-presentation, taking pride in your appearance as our brand ambassador
-          An engaging fun, personality with an honest character• Flexibility to work weekends on a pro rota basis. In return we offer

Cleaning Operative Required

Temporary position to cover maternity leave.

Hours – 26.5 per week.

£7.40p per hour.

General cleaning duties including.

Cleaning of the ladies, gents and disabled toilets and washroom areas.

Cleaning of the Shopping Mall.

Cleaning of the management suite.

Providing consultation to clients, you will be involved in selling services and products to clients by face to face interaction and gaining a full insight into their holiday aspirations.

Duties Involved:

Maximising individual and team sales including foreign exchange
Identify and meet customer’s needs by offering professionalism and first class customer service
Participating in promotional events and activities to increase exposure of the branch
Willingness to participate in and deliver training appropriate to own development
Effectively perform administrative duties

Essential Requirements:

At least 2 years travel agency sales experience with a proven sales record
Excellent travel product knowledge with a good working knowledge of tour operator systems
Ability to work towards individual and team sales targets
Enthusiasm and positive attitude with a commitment to contribute to the growth of the business

The Role:

As a Foreign Exchange Sales Consultant, you will control the branch balances, outstanding purchase and sales in currency and be responsible for ensuring the profitability of the foreign exchange bureau

Duties Involved:

Maximising individual & team sales of foreign exchange
Providing exceptional customer service experience at all times
Increasing exposure of bureau and developing new business leads
Monitor local competition and manage rates/margins effectively on a daily basis
Accurate cash reconciliation and banking

Essential Requirements:

Retail/direct sales experience, working to sales targets with a proven sales record
Experience of working with foreign exchange or similar financial service background
Extensive cash handling experience with experience and knowledge of accurate cash reconciliation and banking procedures
